Bishop Named Executive Director

Santa Monica, CA -- Women for the World (WFTW) announced recently that it opened a satellite office in Santa Monica, CA. Previously, the 501 (c)(3) organization operated out of Kauai, Hawaii.

In addition, WFTW named Cassidy Bishop, a talented and experienced Web designer and philanthropist. Bishop will lead a team of creative and dedicated professionals to help Women for the World reach it's mission of improving education worldwide. 

"Women for the World is up and running in Santa Monica! We're happy to have a presence on the West Coast and a place to base our operations. I'm honored to be Women for the World's Executive Director and look forward to a year of results and accomplishments," said Bishop.

Women for the World is the brainchild of fashion model Leilani Bishop. With the help of friends and family, she began the organization in 2006 in order to help improve education around the globe by supporting and bringing attention to the most effective non-profit organizations and teaming with them to fund projects that produce results.
